One day at school, an alien spaceship landed in the field.  I was very scared and curious, so I walked over and knocked at the door.

I heard footsteps, and something green opened the door.

“Hello!  What are you?”

I said, “I’m a person.  My name is Lily.”

The alien said, “My name is Lene.”  Lene also said, “Do you want to go on a ride?

I said, “I’m going to be a minute because it’s the end of the day.  I’ll ask my mom  when I see her.”

I asked my mom.  She said yes, but be home at 9:00.

I said, “Okay.”

Then Lene said, “Where do you want to go?”

“To your house,” Lily said.  “Where is it?”

Lene said, “It is on Mars.  Here is an astronaut suit.”

“Thanks,” said Lily.

Then Lene said, “HOLD ON . . . . . “
